1) Do You Install Artificial Grass?

We don't. We are an artificial turf, turf infill and turf industry related accessory outlet only.

2) How Does Indiana Turf Company turf compare with turf I see at big box retailers?

Big box retailer turf is (finally) getting better and since that is the case we have recently brought in a very high quality 3/8" gauge with PU glue backing turf line that is comparable to what you will find at these stores. This is our Elkhart 40 turf line which allows us to finally provide an "apples to apples" comparison for $1.99 sq/ft. So we are competitive on price for the same quality product with our Elkhart 40 Turf. Adding to this you will also find that we have much, much more in stock locally, ready when you area as well as a vastly improved variety of sizes as well. When you add in the additional guidance, service + delivery we provide it helps us continue to stay on the cutting edge. Our other turf lines cost a bit more (possibly) but that spec turf isn't what you will find available at big box stores. Keep in mind artificial turf is not just one (1) SKU available out of tens of thousands of items. Artificial turf + turf accessories is all we do.

3) Is installing artificial grass difficult?

It can be very labor intensive if installation involves excavation and base rebuild depending on size. Having the right equipment is key along with the general process knowledge. If the artificial grass is being laid over an existing prepared substrate it's less involved. There are many ways to install turf over a variety of existing surfaces or surfaces that require a lot of prep work.

5) Where do Indiana Turf Company products come from?

Some products are manufactured overseas and some are manufactured in the USA. We are highly selective and provide only the best, safest, highest quality and up to date turf products currently available on a global scale. Our goal is to bring you the best products on the market from a carefully selected lineup of internally vetted and field tested products and then combine that with the absolute best pricing with great local service.

6) Does Indiana Turf Company sell through any 3rd party re-sellers

7) Does the turf get hot in the sun?

Yes but it won't melt, unless it's subjected to UV rays reflecting from low-E windows. In that case (and only on windows that face the south or east) we have a specific artificial grass called the Indianapolis 50 which won't be affected and is a 100% solution. This turf is a great product to address the rare sun melt issues as needed that can occur with any other artificial grass on the market.

8) What else does Indiana Turf Company stock and supply

We supply everything you need for turf installation. Such as, • Seam tape • Spikes • Weed Fabric • Treated wood framing • Adhesive • Base material • 45mm Pro Play Shock pads • Geotextile Drainage Base Grid • 2x4 Framing • Carpet Kickers • Hardware, etc.

9) How is the turf sold?

15' x however long you need, anywhere from 1' to 100' as a full roll. There are no order minimums.

10) Is everything you stock available for delivery?

Yes, pick up as well anytime.

11) What type of warranty do your products carry?

We have an industry leading 10 Year Limited Warranty on our turf and various industry leading warranties on our turf tools and accessories.

12) How much does turf installation cost?

"There are many factors that impact cost so it’s difficult to say without knowledge of how much product is needed, where it will be installed and how it will need to be installed. Professional installation is recommended and this typically runs between $6 - $14 per sq/ft + cost of product." - Billy

13) Can you cut a custom size for me from a 15’ width product?

"Yes we can, but we have to apply cost based on using a 15’ wide section of turf buy however-long-we-need to create your pattern. Please keep in mind that once custom cuts are made from our full rolls of turf in stock, we can offer no returns or exchanges on product selected." - Bori

14) How heavy is a full roll of turf and can you deliver it

"It will weigh between 800 – 1200 lbs depending on type. Locally we can deliver it curbside assuming client (that’s you!) has the means necessary site to off load the trailer once it arrives. Nationally we use a commercial carrier but the scenario is the same once the truck arrives on site." - Jonathan

15) Do you rent equipment for turf installation?

We don't.

16) Do you deliver turf?

Yes we offer local delivery to warehouse or jobsite as well as can arrange LTL as needed.

18) Will you deliver turf smaller than 15 x 20’
